A GOOD 12-BORE UNSIGNED CONTINENTAL PERCUSSION SPORTING GUN, CIRCA 1850, no visible serial number, with heavy 33 1/2 in barrels with small bead front-sight, and added probably during working life a small modified ladder sight on the fixed breech, plain unmarked back-action locks, walnut half-stocked the iron mounts in typical French style, nipples and rod replaced, this is a good honest and untouched gun, good stock barrels to a grey patina with some staining
